# Reembolso manual

## Como realizar um reembolso manual

Use esta opção quando for necessário reembolsar uma venda diretamente pela plataforma.

**Passo a passo:**

1. Acesse sua conta na *Assiny.*
2. No menu lateral, clique em *Vendas.*
3. Localize a venda que deseja reembolsar.
4. No canto superior direito da página da venda, clique em *Reembolsar pedido*.
5. Confirme o reembolso no pop-up de confirmação.
6. Após a confirmação, um *comprovante de reembolso* será gerado.

> *Importante:* Antes de confirmar o reembolso, verifique se a venda selecionada é realmente o pedido correto.
